What ingredients do you use in your soaps and balms?
Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, including plant-based oils, butters, botanicals, clays, and essential oils whenever possible. Each product label includes a full ingredient list.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Our soaps and natural products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, but every skin type is different. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and doing a patch test before full use.
How should I store handmade soap?
Keep soap in a dry, ventilated area between uses to help it last longer. A draining soap dish is recommended.
What is your product shelve life?
Handmade soaps typically last 12–18 months when stored properly. Balms are best used within 6–12 months after opening. Cross contamination or a humid environment can affect your product. We don’t use any additives, so it can develop mold or bacteria after its shelve life has expired or if it’s been cross-contaminated.

How long does shipping take?

What if my package arrives damaged?

Do you use sustainable packaging?
We aim to use recyclable, reusable, or low-waste packaging whenever possible. We offer discounts if you return us your glass containers. Please make sure to wash them before returning them. Dirty containers will not be accepted.
